Started painting my bedroom today......so, here are some before and in the process pictures.

Funky light green walls, and my 15 year old bedding.....time for an upgrade.
Again, funky light green walls (other side of the room)
Oh, and some brush strokes of a dark, ugly green in random spots in the room.
In the process....going from some kind of green to a cheery yellow.

Got my paint after work tonight--lemonade slush is the color I officially decided on. Now I’m ready to go for tomorrow!

Trying something new....Newton’s Fruit Thins.....kind of a cross between a cookie and a cracker.

The grape bush in our yard is progressing nicely.....hopefully we’ll be ready to make some grape juice soon.

Thinking about painting my bedroom. Since there is no overhead light, and just a single lamp I was thinking some shade of yellow to help brighten up the room because it always seems dark and dreary.

Finally cleaned the outside of my trailer. Feel sad that it just sits there since I have no way of moving it these days.....but at least it is clean now.

Ham and cheese cannelloni with garlic bread for dinner tonight. It was a super easy recipe, and tasted delicious!!!

Well, today isn’t one of my personal pictures, but it is still a good one. For Christmas I bought my sister a gift certificate for a racecar ride in a NASCAR--something that was on her bucket list. Well, this past weekend she finally made the trek to Dallas to go for her ride. She called to tell me that she thinks she could be a professional racecar driver. LOL! Needless to say I think she had a good time (even rode in an Army racecar), and the smile on her face says it all! :-)

Time for another guess what this is.......do you know?

It is a grated metal bench (at Wal-mart).

Took a little break from work to go out and enjoy the sunset tonight. It was a good one! I love being able to see God’s handwork, and am reminded of his awesomeness!
