Today is a two-parter!
Broken window pane now fixed! Yay me! Ariana has a bad habit of hitting the window glass with her front paws when she sees my parents car pull in their driveway. So, this is the second window pane I’ve replaced in the last year (but this time I did it by myself).....in her defense these are the original window panes that were put in when the house was built (sometime in the 70’s) so they are old and brittle.
Made charred tomato and chicken tacos, with rice and beans for dinner tonight. They were delicious! My dad liked them, but suggested adding feta cheese to them next time. He’s right, some feta would add another dimension to the already great flavor.
